Spotless and lovely welcoming place, excellent friendly staff. Well heated and large room with live music giving a good atmosphere, magnificent location easy to get to the port. Modern decoration.

Newly remodelled and comfy hotel in a lovely area, walk from bars and restaurants. Brilliant bathroom and immaculate and warm room. Appetising meal and excellent service. Lovely interior, great restaurant.

The room is stylish and with an iron, an electronic key card and a TV set. The rate is £ 90, satisfied.

The lounge area comes alive with excellent live music. The room layout offers a cozy feel.

Location could be inconvenient for some, as it's a stretch from the city center, especially with limited bus options on Sundays and holidays. Noise from live music in the pub is noticeable on the second floor, and breakfast starting at 9:00 AM might test early risers. There's no tea or coffee in the rooms-a minor hassle when room service doesn't respond promptly, forcing visits to reception instead.

The bar staff at Lansdowne really know their stuff, serving up tasty treats and decent pints. The restaurant was a delight, with the breakfast hitting all the right notes-I should've booked it! Jackie at reception.

The room was a tad sauna-like with no air con, but you can't have it all, eh? Still, I chuffed my way through the stay without complaints.

Our anniversary getaway turned into a stress-filled ordeal. The room went uncleaned, leaving stains on the bedding and nothing to watch on the broken TV. Dining options were scarce, and the uncomfortable seating in the back room only added to our frustration. Consider dining out instead.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, and I loved the live music in the bar! 🎶 But the noise from downstairs made it hard to sleep at times. a solid experience.

Friendly staff make a difference

Check-in was super quick, and the staff were really friendly. They had all the info we needed about the hotel and nearby spots. We loved the bar area-great vibe. Only thing was, the room was a bit small for a couple, but it worked out. Overall a comfy stay!

Family with children will enjoy it

The staff were very friendly and helped with everything, even taking an amazon order for me which was unexpected but appreciated. The bathroom was fab with those Ritual toiletries. They had free snacks in the room, I mean come on, who doesn't love that?

It wasn't exactly a bargain but totally fine for what we got.

Really good staff were really good, even fetching Nutella pancakes for my daughter when they weren't on the menu. The food was reasonably priced, with good seafood options, and the lively lounge atmosphere. Minor inconveniences included a few delays in service during peak times, but the overall experience was warm and cute.
